Returns & Refund Policy
MERSY pieces are limited and produced in exclusive quantities. We encourage reviewing sizing carefully before purchase.
Returns Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery (India)
- International returns accepted within 10 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Items marked Final Drop or Limited Release may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after quality inspection.
- Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory, exchanges are not guaranteed. If your size is unavailable, you may return the item and place a new order (subject to availability).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear images of the issue
